Description
1. Custom engraving of letters, initials or simple graphics.
2. You do not need to engrave or personalize as this is optional and customizable.
3. Engraving takes an average of 2 hours per order. The machine burns the cowhide, leaving a dark ash on the surface. The ash will fade over time and leave a permanent mark on the leather. Please see the last picture for the effect. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, depending on the order time.
4. Please send a file with the font or graphic of your choice; or I can help you choose the ideal font or graphic. Engraving position is limited to one.
5. By default, the engraving area will be on the top, center, left or right; if the customer has no preference, I will do my best to choose the appropriate position.
6. Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
